Terms of Service for Ventlo

1. General
The Ventlo service (“the Service”) is provided by P.N Holding AB (“the Provider”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Purpose of the Service
Ventlo is a digital tool for sketching and planning ventilation systems. Drawings, airflow calculations and material lists generated by the tool should be regarded as proposals and supporting documentation. They do not replace a professionally prepared construction drawing. The Provider assumes no liability for installation errors, material choices or regulatory requirements based on use of the tool without professional review.
3. User Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. You may not upload material that is illegal or offensive.
4. Intellectual Property
Ventlo owns the rights to the code, design and aggregated data. You own the rights to your specific projects and drawings.
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service. The service is provided “as is”.
