Privacy Policy for Ventlo

1. What we collect

We collect your email address when you create an account. We also store the data you create in the tool (drawings, project settings).

2. Why we collect it

• To allow you to sign in and save your projects.
• To contact you with support or important updates.
• To improve the tool by analysing how it is used.
• For AI improvement: We may use anonymised and aggregated project data to improve automatic calculations and recommendations in the tool. No individual projects, companies or users can be identified in this data. You can opt out at any time in your account settings.

3. Third Parties & Security

We never sell your data to third parties. We use the following sub-processors to run the service securely:

• Supabase: Database and authentication (Storage: EU/Frankfurt).
• Vercel: Web application hosting.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you at any time, or to request that we delete your account and all your data (“Right to be forgotten”). Contact us at info@ventlo.io to exercise these rights.
