From Paint sketches to a smarter industry
The idea for Ventlo wasn't born in a windowless boardroom, but on the building site and in e-commerce. Having worked as installers ourselves and running a ventilation e-commerce business since 2021, we saw a clear pattern: homeowners sent photos of crumpled notes or Paint sketches to get quotes. They wanted to do the right thing, but lacked a way to express what they needed.
On the other side, installers spent hours of unpaid time on home visits and "check the situation" trips, simply because the documentation was too poor to quote remotely. This bottleneck costs the entire industry time, money and frustration.
That's why we created Ventlo.
